Before you buy, please note the following:

• You will receive an immediate email confirmation of your gift voucher purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder.

• The person for whom you have made the purchase will also immediately receive an email telling them that you have bought them a gift voucher UNLESS you specify a future date in the "Delivery date" box for them to receive this email. Please take into account that this email will be sent to them on your selected date on or around the same time of day as you place your order. If you are buying in the late afternoon or evening, therefore, we suggest you set the delivery date for the day before the day you want them to receive the voucher.

• The email to the recipient will contain a 16-digit gift voucher code which they will need in order to redeem the voucher when they make their booking. When they get to the Checkout page after clicking “Book Now”, they just need to click on “Redeem a gift card” and enter the gift card voucher number.​
