What you'll learn in this class

A special festive session in the Highs & Loaves kitchen where you'll make a delicious traditional naughty-but-nice Stollen loaf. Along the way we'll also rustle up some easy and irresistible cheese biscuits to go with your festive cheeseboard and some simple flatbreads which you can make at a moment's notice for the humus, salsa and other dips which always find their way onto your Christmas table. This afternoon class will end with an early evening glass of something festive and a few dips and nibbles so you can put your cheese biscuits and flatbreads to the test while your Stollen bakes! The session runs on selected Thursday and Saturday afternoons between 2 November and 19 December, so BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment!

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a class (or hold one in your own home), please contact me on 07502 575780 as soon as possible. My aim will always be to accommodate you on a future class, but if you have to cancel you can do so up to 48 hours before the start of the class and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class, you will receive a 50% refund.
