What you'll learn in this class

Discover how fresh herbs can elevate a simple loaf to a scrumptious masterpiece in this morning class - available from Thursday 7 March 2024. You’ll make three delicious loaves – olive and coriander loaf, brie and basil and wholemeal flavoured with fresh rosemary – all ideal for Spring and Summer eating. The Thursday morning session will start with a tea or coffee on arrival from 9.30am before we get down to mixing and kneading, covering all the tips and tricks you’ll need to make delicious bread, every time. All the recipes use simple, easy to obtain ingredients, and no special equipment is needed. You’ll be able to go home and make these breads in your own kitchen straight away! The session will end with light lunch refreshments, including a glass of wine and French baguette freshly made on the day. Suitable for vegans. This class mostly runs on Thursdays, but sometimes other dates are available. Check the calendar when you book!
