What you'll learn in this class
Suitable for novice bakers and those with a little experience, in this class you'll make three more-ish breads, starting with a cuppa any time after 9.30am and beginning baking at 10.00am. The loaves will bake as we enjoy a light lunch, finishing at around 2.00pm. You'll make a rich stout and treacle loaf, a rye and caraway loaf which is great for special cheeses, smoked salmon or cold meats, and an easy tear and share choconut swirl bread which combines sweet coconut and sharp chocolate. Suitable for vegans.

If you are unable to attend a class, please contact me on 07502 575780 as soon as possible. My aim will always be to accommodate you on a future class, but if you have to cancel you can do so up to 48 hours before the start of the class and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class, you will receive a 50% refund.
